At Sapporo Hibachi Express, the courses are built on seasonal properties, utilizing only the freshest, most delicious ingredients available. Our atmosphere is traditional but unique, and each dish is composed to ensure a bold yet simplistic culinary adventure.

Since 2001, we’ve started over five teppanyaki restaurants for the fun interactive experience with teppanyaki chefs, and now we are bringing this same experience to people on the go and looking for the same teppanyaki food.
